The Open Hearth Pub is the Proud Home of Hartridge Rugby Football Club. The Pub is owned and run by the Clubs Chairman Stuart Mackie who knows a little about Hartridge RFC. Stuart played over 500 games for the Club, went on to represent the Welsh Districts gaining international honours. Stuart also played for Newbridge RFC and Ebbw Vale RFC. Stuart was instrumental in the adjacent Llanwern High School facility licence.
